Looking for 512m2 of Protected Waterfront land

Have a small plot of protected waterfront already, but I don't like my new neighbors and want to leave. Will straight-up trade, or buy for a reasonable price if I can sell what I have now.

I know you said 512, but if you decide to go above that, in the range from 1000 to 1500 I'll mention these three:

 

I just bought a slightly larger lot last week that I am not 100% sure on keeping:

(this one might be off, I had one huge lot there, its now 3 lots, 2 of them are for sale. So check the map first and don't just teleport in - the third one will toss you into its new owner's skybox or something).

 

And it looks like I need to update the Picks on my alt... I haven't owned one of those since late 2013...

 

I have this issue where I want a boat lot... but I never like the ones I end up buying... Or I find I never use it... but I can't shake the desire to get the thing...
