You don't get your bonus until you've been Premium for at least 45 consecutive days. Assuming you joined today, that means your bonus will appear about...halfway through September? Maybe early October. I'm too tired to do the math, but I'm sure you can.

It's not really a membership bonus, it's a continuous membership bonus. But you'll get your $300L per week stipend starting this coming Tuesday. 

As far as selling Lindens, the LindeX is the only place for that now.
