problems my land telling me "Unable to create Items that has caused problem on this region" help.

When you get an error message like that, it's probably generated questions before, and Googling finds interesting things...

Are you having this problem with everything you try to rez, or just a certain thing?

It's possible that another copy of the thing is already on the sim, and tried to tem-rez objects immediately after a sim restart (which seems to be a vulnerable time for a sim). The sim then places the item on a blacklist and refuses to rez it foreverafter. I don't know if any of those threads eventually produced an answer to the problem, but it may be worth perusing the most recent posts to those threads.

ETA: A quick scan of those threads suggests that the problem hasn't been completely understood/resolved yet, though this thread does have solutions to some of the causes of this problem...

Okay, Armanides has read through the links I provided, and found nothing that solves his problem. He's unable to rez anything on his mainland parcel.

Armanides, if you're a premium member, contact Live Chat, you've paid for it. Click "Help" at the top of this page, then select "Contact Support" from the righthand menu. You should see a "Live Chat" option. If you are not a premium member (or even if you are), you could try opening a Support Case here...

I suggest trying "Technical Questions" in the first drop down, and "Inventory (un-rezzed) Issues" in the second (it's the only available selection). Then explain that you're unable to rez anything on your parcel (therefore you're having an issue with un-rezzed inventory ;-), and give them the region name.
