linden home v prefab house?

I have a linden home but i dont like it:smileysad:. If i abandon it can i place a prefab house i resently bought on my land or do i need to buy more land to use it?

Well, if you abandon it, you abandon the land it's on, so yes...you have to abandon your Linden Home, then buy land anywhere else on the Mainland.  You will not be charged a monthly fee for the first 512 sq meters you buy.

Be sure that your prefab home both fits the physical dimensions of your land and that the land has enough prims to rez the house, plus any furniture and landscaping you plan to add.
