unable to connect to simulator

I have been trying to get into SL so 2 days now and getting the same message. Unable to connect to simulator. I have tried with several viewers. I can log into secondlife_beta it lets me log in fine but i cant log into the main grid at all keeps saying loging failed unable to connect to simulator . I tried every viewer i even rested my compuer cleared my stuff and all that i restarted my internet connect i can log into the main grid fine wit my alts but not with one of my main accounts.

I tried to logging in differents places (hatton, pooley , acqua and more) and same problem. I reinstall my firestorm viewer, I tried in singularity, in secondlife viewer and same .-Why we the users has not more the option to report the Second life login viewer issue ?? ..PLEASE HELP ME

I have good net and good pc...and my alts can login perfectly

Do you have PayPal as a payment method?  Remove it.  Log in.

After you log in successfully, you may be able to add your PayPal account as your payment method again.

There's a JIRA bug report out on this.
