Is anyone else having problems partnering? We can't accept request.

We keep sending each other partnership requests, but at the moment of accepting, nothing happens and page keeps refreshing. Where sender's name should be, it just shows a dot. We don't use funny fonts or anything on our names, we've tried different browsers and cleaned up cache. Nothing works.

Please if you have any answer to fix this, let us know.
