How do I get voice out of toggle to speak mode?

How do I get out of toggle to speak mode? Toggle to speak on/off box is unchecked.

There is a little "lock" icon near the on screen mic button for voice.  Lock it to be in toggle mode.  (Toggle mode is where you have to click the mic button once to turn voice on, and then again when you finish speaking to turn voice off.)  The other mode is Push to Talk, where you have to hold the mic button (onscreen, on your mic, or the keyboard key you've designated as your mic button) as long as you are speaking.

In my view, Push to Talk is much the better mode.  People tend to leave their mics on in toggle mode, and you can hear the TV in the background, the kids yelling, their streaming music, and every grunt, lip smack, mutter, and potato chip.

Friends don't let friends use Toggle mode.

In the July 2018 Linden viewer, in Preferences / Sound & Media there is a checkbox to turn on toggle.  If it's not checked, the mic is only active while the mouse is clicked (held down).  It's nice to be able to toggle it for giving a lecture, untoggle it for conversation.
