How can I change from mesh avatar to classic one? :(

I joined SecondLife, paid a premium membership ... but by mistake (or from lack of knowledge) I selected a mesh avatar instead of a classic one. Is there any way that I can reset and start all over again, or is there a way to change the avatar because I don't like the mesh avatars? Thanks

Welcome to SL and to this forum

In your inventory you will find a folder named "library" - it is a folder, every avatar is born with.

If you open it, you will see some pre-made avatars, which you can wear (double click at one of them, or right click and select wear)

You can try different ones, but they will all change you so you will not be a mesh-avatar any longer...

After you have changed to one of these pre-made avatars (select both a shape and a skin), you can go shopping to find exactly the skin and shape that will fit you perfectly, as the person you like to look like

the mesh avatars are the way things are going,

if you can not see your avatar, you may need to turn on mesh, in your viewer.

mesh will be use more and more, so if you do not wish to miss out

press control and P

that open the preferences window

in there you can turn on mesh, if its not active.

or as you were told check out the library in the inventory

press control and I

to open the inventory, and the library is at the bottom
