How do I get my money back? I opened account today and then closed it. First time on here.

I opened a new account tonight.  I've never used SL before.  I paid for the account.  Then I discovered my computer won't support it, so I am not going to be able to use it.  I went in and canceled it.  How do I get my money back?

I'm sorry, but you probably can't.  Linden Lab doesn't give refunds.  You did not have to pay anything to try out SL...a Basic account is free, and most people who use SL never get a Premium subscription.  There is also a page, clearly marked, that gives the minimum specifications for your system.  This is why it's important to READ THE DIRECTIONS before jumping in headfirst.

You can try discussing it with Billing at one of the phone numbers below, but I really don't hold out a lot of hope.
