  1. Try this... I saw this mentioned somewhere and it worked for me. Unlist the item and make your edits, including changing the Category. Save the update. Then List the item again. This just worked perfectly for me with some mass updates.
  2. I'm having the same issue. I'm trying to update a few things and get the same error even though the items were already in a category. When I try changing categories (to any category), the webpage is still showing an error.
  3. I've used the Mobile Client Grid for some time. It's great for just text chatting. The bad thing is the reoccurring costs. The standard subscription is 250$L per month. The pro/full version is 400$L per month. The full version allows you to interact with inventory to do things like read note cards, send objects, etc. The Lumiya app is interesting. I just downloaded it and figured I'd play around with it for awhile.
  4. For those merchants who have had orders delivered to customers but never received payment - Jira ticket 4592 was opened months ago (here's the link) https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/WEB-4592? I asked support when we would expect to see closure on the issue. A kind support agent finally provided a direct answer: ******* I am sorry for the inconvenience that this issue has caused. I have heard back from the Marketplace team. The Terms of Service does state that Second Life and all Second Life services are not warranted to be error-free. The Terms of Service also indemnifies Linden Lab against claims for compensation or refunds in the event that there is a problem. We will be unable to accommodate your request for credit for the sales of the products that show as failed. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Thank you for being a valued resident of Second Life! Have a great day! ******* Sooo... what that means is that we're out money and LL refuses to accept responsibility for the issue even though they made no effort to notify the community of the issue. Even though it's still "currently under investigation", it sounds like there will be no effort made to compensate for lost sales. ::shrugs::
