House that was on the opening screen on the MP.....anybody know where to get it from?

When you open up the mp there is a house in the big picture where it says Get Ready For Summer...Shope our home decor.  I love the house and would like to look at buying it.  I don't understand why the mp doesn't credit the items they use in those pictures.  Anyway, I am attaching a picture.  Thank you for your help!
