failed delivery from vendor board

I bought the prisoner suid from Mezmerized dungeon on Thursday May 21st and 5 days later still have not recieved it.  I cannot get into the support group and the owner has ignored all notecards sent about it.  What do I do?

Go back where you bought it and see if there is a redelivery terminal.  A lot of shops have them now.  If there isn't one, you'll just have to be patient.  The owner may not be ignoring you.  Just like everyone else, they may not be online every day.  It could be that they have not logged in for several days or so due to something in RL.

If you don't get a replacement I am afraid you'll just have to move on.  LL will not get involved as the TOS states all shopping is buyer beware, and disputes between residents must be solved by the residents.
