I ordered but I didn't receive it.?What can you do for me?

Hello UrsulaBosi. Normally you must to wait 24 hours. After that if you are sure that you didin't recieve your purchase and you haven't it in your inventory, open your Dashboard --> Shopping --> Marketplace --> My Marketplace --> My account --> Order History --> If you see that your last purchases delivered means that the merchant got payed --> Take a copy of your last purchases (there you see the name of the merchant--> Open your inventory --> create a New Notecard --> Paste there --> send the notecard to the merchant describing what was happened and asking politely for redelivery.

If you purchased it in world, go back to the store, find the owner or a manager and report the problem. If you can't find someone, open your dashboard --> Account --> Transaction History --> copy your last transaction and repeat the same process as i described.
