Looking for a Rental System that has all the features I needed.

I am one of the owners of rentalcompany in Second Life and are using today HippoRent & HippoSecurity. Its works at 95% today with the HippoTech
I rent out skyboxar, houses, lands and running a hotel with my business partner.
Unfortunately, some functions stopped working and HippoTech have not updated their products in a very long time and their support has stopped responding.

Now I am looking at CasperLet rental system and would like to switch to Casper Tech. However, it hasent got two things:

* A fully functioning security, like HippoSecurity got today.
* Doorscripts who updates with Rental System and lock for intruders and opens to the hirer.

Unfortunately I cant write scripts.

Is there any Functional Rental System that has all these features today which I do not know about.
Is there any security system and a functioning doors who works with CasperLet?
(Casperlet is allowing plugins who works with Caspertech.)
Is there any good scripter that can solve this receive payment?
Is there anyone who knows a solution?
