You may allow the members in a single Land group access to a parcel on a Homestead and turn off the Public access easily.

If you are asking how can you allow access to members of several groups access to your Homestead Parcel then you can't really do that using their group membership. They will have to join the land group.

Of course you can always manually add each member to the Allowed List for the parcel. This is no harder than Inviting them into a group but there is a limit on the total number of allowed agents of 500.
