Since 3 days we try to reach benvolio, tp's dont work, the whole region is out of reach. HELP

Question

Since 3 days we try to reach benvolio, tp's dont work, the whole region is out of reach. Today between 3 and 4 pm we should have a RL-SL crisscross event on a big screen in RL, Now because of this, all cannot go on, We tried to get some info from Linden Lab but you are not to find. Plz some answeres

We are residents of SecondLife just like you. Linden Lab doesn't look at the issues posted in SL Answers.

 The Region Benvolio is offline. It can be offline for many reasons one of which may be that the owner of the Private Estate has not paid the required tiers to Linden Lab.

If you are the actual avatar account that pays the tiers for [owns] this island call LL ASAP. If you lease a parcel on this island, all you can do is file a Region Offline report with LL.

Benvolio was offline as part of the Rolling Restart listed on the Grid Status page, but it is now online. If you are unable to access the region, please let us know how you are trying to enter it and any error message you receive. If a region is inaccessible for more than twenty minutes and there is no maintenance or other issues listed at the link below, please file a Report an Offline Region case right away - the region may not be alerting us that it is unavailable. Any resident may submit an offline region case, they don't need to  wait for the region owner or an estate manager to be available.
