Lost Purchased Items after Moving

I moved into a different Linden Home and lost items I purchased.

How do I get these back?

It depends on how you lost them.  Did you pick them up one at a time or just return them all to your inventory?

If the first, you probably just need to clear your cache and relog.

If the second, the 'lost' items are probably in with groups of objects AKA coalesced objects.  Look in your Lost and Found and if you see icons made of lots of little blocks these are coalesced objects that you need to rez out and then pick each item up one at a time.

If you lost items such as group owned objects, they are probably gone for good unless you picked them up one at a time.

If you still don't find them after checking the above and:

If the lost items had copy permissions , check to see if the merchant has a redelivery terminal where you can get another copy.  If not, contact the merchant and they may replace them, but are not obligated to.

If the items were transfer only you'll have to buy them again as you can't prove you didn't delete them or give them away.

You can also file a support ticket to see if LL can help you, but they will tell you check out the above before they probably will.
