My computer is running slow

Under the lag meter is shows red circles for the network and client and it says the client rate is below 10 (possible cause: the draw distance is too high) Can you help me to fix this problem?

Set your draw distance no more than 128. If you are using wireless, dont: it's known to be a problem with SL, which requires a powerful and constant connection. Use a regular cable plugged from your modem to your PC. If you are still having issues, check if your computer meets SL requirements and, if it does but the lag meter still appears in red, you may want to have your ISP check your line.
