how do you add TP to your group on web search?

Hi  me and my friend has just built a club ,, we rent land  to built it  ,we set up a group  and put it in the web search  but its in has group only we want to make it so people can  find it in search and  TP to the club ,,dose any one know how we can add a  teleport to this in search so other can come :matte-motes-asleep -2:

The Land has to named for the club and put in search.  It costs $30L a week and will be charged to the owner of the land.
