Me and my sl husband just got land and went to put a server down but was told there is one on region already. We found out there was a hispanic gor sim next door. I was wondering is there a way to put another down. The full sim is split up into 4 areas.

You should ask the creator of the GM Meter.

There's a lot of stuff in SL, and only a few people here. It sounds like the GM system has an intentional limitation inside its scripts, and any hope of removing this would come from the creator.

You're also likely using confusing language; for clarity, it seems like "a hispanic gor sim next door" would not be a problem for you if it was a full sim, on the grid next to yours. It's probably just a parcel, on the same sim you live on.
