I'm a cloud how do I get my avatar back?

I am a cloud. I don't have any shape or skin on and it won't allow me to wear them. How do I get back to being an avatar?

Well, the first course of action should be to try and change what is called the Big Four:

Bald base

Skin

Shape

Eyes

But I have the same problem, and I can't my clthes, skin, shape nor my attachments! Please help me!
