I cannot find the submit button when updating my card details

There should be a save changes or submit button on the very bottom of the pages.
If it does not show up make sure to allow this website and scripts for the secondlife.com page for your firewall as well as possibly installed browser addons.

You could also try to open the page with another browser (Chrome, Frirefox/Mozilla ) are fine.
