Gorman Indigo

I have land in an estate where i purchased as owner. I then set it to group owned. I am allowed to sublet. I have some tenants who want to place items like pianos in their homes. They will not play. what do they need to do? I rezzed one and it plays fine. thank you for any help. Gorman Indigo
