I want to add scripts to objects where a visitor pays to use an object or teleports inside of one. Is this possible? I suppose in some cases someone would need to help design the object as well. Thanks

I've found a lot of items, but I don't want people leaving with them. Is there a way or are there items in the following list that I can "lease" or enslave visitors to use while they're on my land and when they leave it stays? I'm looking for: maid, pig, dog, puppy, etc costumes cleaining animations and equipment and others related to what I'm creating. Thanks
