Phoenix Psaltery

Does this affect other cards in the 500 family? I just ordered my wife a new computer which comes equipped with an Nvidia GT520m which will be a huge leap from her previous 6150SE integrated video. Now I'm wondering if even that will not be enough for her to see the mesh items that she desires so much. P2
