What is the ATI Card laptop specs that is working with the mesh? I am looking to buy and want to know what works. Thanks!!!

I need a new computer, and it needs to be able to run Second Life in a way that is enjoyable with at least "mid" SL graphics settings. I want SL to move smoothly, render shadows, show water & particles, perform well in high lag shops and concert venues, etc, and most of the time with a draw distance of 300 (minimum). Well, the HP Touchsmart 610 series looks so cool! While spec'ing it out tonight, the high-end graphics card choices I have are: 2GB NVIDIA GeForce GT 425M (for an additional $50)or 2GB Radeon HD 6550A (for an additional $30) Which one should I choose? Will either of them run SL? I have watched YouTube videos, Googled and also searched the SL forums/blogs/answers to no avail. I can look at graphics card benchmarks until the cows come home, but I still do not know if either of those video cards on this machine will run SL. Looking for guidance, and if you have it, a 'YES, why YES it will run SL seemlessly" answer.
