when will marketplace be fixed so i can buy things , i keep getting a message that says we will brb we are fixing this , this has been going on for weeks

My avatar is suddenly flashing when i dress and in appearance is also not showing..Please help..!!

My old avatar , all of a sudden , started flashing when i dress...everything else is rezzing just fine..I cant go anywhere because i cant get dressed..Any ideas please??????
