Kono Moonites

I have cleared my cache and reinstalled the viewer , even updated my viewers to most current version , when i attempt to log in it brings up the "TOS" box and then dose not load the TOS information in the window it brings up so the only option I have is to cancel which then ports me back out to the main login screen , How do I fix this?
