    I'm in the same boat & nothing works. Grey AV resetting to default, nothing.

    TY did as you said contacted live helper they did restart region but still the same still take 1/2 Hour or more to see what i have put out can go anywhere eles everything work great, it just my land.

    Lag Metor Client Normal Network Normal Server yellow Simulator framerate between 20 and 30 possable cause simulator load too heavy Take up to 15 /20mins for clothing to show sometines have to tp away to see clothing , also cant raz anything fron inventory take 20 min to show can anyone help please.
