Sennaspirit Coronet

I have been making poses recently for my images in SL and often find that I want to go back and make adjustments or variations to them later on. I have tried to reimport that saved BVH poses but it's not working. Can someone detail how to properly save a Daz pose so I can reuse it in the future? Thanks in advance I appreciate the help.
