I cannot teleport to a skilled gaming area, I have had no problems with this until just now. I tried the steps recommended. I entered billing information again, my state is not on the list of prohibited states. I don't know what could be the issue. Any idea how to get this resolved?

I had this problem. I didn't have the skin to the ears added. Once I added that, my ears came back. It drove me crazy lol.

My folders aren't opening in the Black Dragon viewer. Some are some aren't. I logged into firestorm and everything is fine. Everything is still there. Any idea what's going on and how I can fix it? Thank you all.

Hi everyone. I have a weird problem going on with my evox head. I was changing clothes and all of a sudden my elf ears disappeared. They're not hidden but the weird thing is, I can't see small ears either. There are the holes on each side the head. When I right click, I can see the ears are there but not showing. I have relogged, had the head redelivered and same thing. I have detached and attached the ears. Can anyone help? I don't know what else to do.
