  1. Subject: Re: An item has been flagged I received an email a couple of days ago telling me that a customer had bought my full perms 15 bladed turbine sculpty map & another arrived soon after saying that some rather foul mouthed feedback about it had been submitted. (Obviously it didn't say it was foul mouthed, just that feedback had been left). After reading it, they had complained that the box they received (Yes, it's been on marketplace for so long it's still in a box.) had only contained 3 textures (1 of them being the sculpt map, but I don't think they realised that) & not the turbine. I returned inworld to try to explain in a calm & polite manner the issue & how to put sculpties onto prims as I had noted that they were not that old in SL & it may have been they were unfamiliar with sculpties since the trend is more towards mesh these days. Whilst IMing them, it seems they must have read the instruction texture they had also received, realised their error & had removed the feedback. I subsequently received an email from the lab telling me that "The item has been unlisted due to Item Not As Advertised - Item Permissions Not As Advertised" But that's not true! Does the lab actually check complaints / feedback before they unlist sales items? I can see no reason why else the lab would have directed their attention to this item if the feedback hadn't been posted, & as stated, it has been listed for several years now & when applied correctly to their own prim, gives the owner a sculpted, 15 bladed turbine, with them as the creator to use in their builds, similar such items I have made a lot of over the years in order to assist other builders. How is this not as described please? I would like to relist it as it sells periodically & as well as giving me some pocket money in SL, contributes in a very, very small way to keeping SL going. If anyone has any thoughts, or should the lab wish to comment, I would be very pleased to hear from them. Thank you for you're help, Aragon Simmer.
  2. The idea to push repeated login attempts eventually worked. SL just let me back into my own avatar, must have been whilst it paused for a coffee break or something, cos I managed to slip in whilst it wasn't expecting me. Thank you for all the assistance.
  3. Thank you for that, very interesting. I have literally just got back online and it has been as a result of forcing a login, that is constantly repeating login attempts without waiting for the time til the account will be available, as the message says. Keep at it and eventually it lets u in
  4. Hi Peewee, thank you very much for that reply. I have found myself using my alt (on radar only, no "physical" presence) and I'm in a LL run sandbox as I was earlier today but not from where I last logged off, a bit of a surprise (to me anyway). I'll attempt a ticket but for us plebs that don't have a paid account, it can be difficult sometimes to get a response. We'll see, first day back after the new year celebrations, LL maybe in a good mood lol. Again thank you very much and happy new year to you and yours. EDIT: Sounds good. It's times like these I feel like such a newbie lol.
  5. I have been trying to login for over an hour now and each time I try the system tells me it is logging me out and I should try again in usually 4 minutes or so. I wait that time and try again and it repeats the "The system is logging you out etc" and again tells me when I shoudl try again. I have a suspicion I am "ghosting" but as it has never happened before, I'm not sure. It's unlikely I think because I logged in as an Alt and went to my last location, but was not confronted by my "ghosted" avatar. I have tried the secondlife beta grid and can get there (I was hoping it might break this vicious circle) but alas when I tried again to go onto the usual Second Life grid I get the "logging you out" message again. I have shut down everything & disconnected from the mains power (for about 10 minutes), re-booted (x2) but still nothing. Anyone got any idea how I can break this cycle please?
