Siegfried Sharpesworth

I have a song I would like to play on my piano in-world but I cannot find it in Marketplace. I have an Mp3 of it but have no idea how to make it into playable sheetmusic. I am told I need some sort of script and i need to cut up the file into 20 second clips. Any helpe would be appreciated. Thanks.
