  1. Problem with extremely slow turning and walking with arrow keys on Windows system (camera control works ok on turning but doesn't forward the avatar). Works fine on MAC. Happens on both Phoenix and Firestorm and SL's newest viewer. On windows, I got a message: "your movement keys are now being handled by an object" so I removed everything, cleared the cashe on all viewers and both machines, I also checked reset settings to default with no effect either. I studied the settings in both viewers and nothing seems incorrect, there is no lag issue where I am at, I looked everywhere for a solution on the site and phoenix's with nothing. I reinstalled all three viewers on the windows. This problem persists and it makes it almost impossible to move the avatar. Stats: Windows 7, i7 processor, graphics card is as of today Nvidia Geoforce GTX550Ti (but it was happening with the previous Intel Graphics card as well). SL told me they couldn't help and gave me this link to noob attachements instructions, OH WOW how useless! Soooo not helpful! http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Avatar-attachments/ta-p/700031 Anyone else see this or have suggestions? UPDATE: I had tried a few more viewers and also updated the existing ones (since enough time elapsed between then and now). All were experiencing the issue of the avy not moving left to right but small tiny increments when using the keyboard right or left arrow keys or even the A or D key, but the avy did turn well when using the arrows on the movement popup. I had tried two keyboards and both experienced the same issue but they were various levels of older than 2 years with the round plug. Today I tried it with a newer wireless mouse/keyboard that is usb only and it WORKED! Go figure! It was a Windows 7 plus round plug (older keyboard issue) since one of the older keyboards was a microsoft keyboard and the newest one is as well, it hadn't occured ot me to try the newest one (because it is set up sharing two other computers). ANYWAY: resolution was using a new keyboard.
