I just ran into the same problem, and for me, the solution wasn't the antialiasing, even upping it to 16x didn't change anything. What fixed it for me was enabling Advanced Lighting Model, which can be found here Preferences > Graphics > General. Hope that helps!

After putting a box with several items (less than 50) into the 'content' tab of another box, I received this message "Inventory creation on in-world object failed". I am now unable to locate the first box with all my items. Cleared cache, cleared cache manually, logged into a quiet sim, the box is still missing. Area search and inventory search (including Lost and Found folder) don't turn up the box. What causes this, and are my items gone for good? This is, by the way, not the first time I've run into this problem, and I really don't want to keep losing items I paid for.
