RUFF Pearl

Someone has clothing on marketplace with my name. They are making money off of my hard work in building my name as a dj on here and I dont think that is fair. How do I stop this? If they Use my second life name. which is Ruff Pearl and they took my name and made a line of clothing with my name is that infringment?
