(Think about $5L/prim unless I have to move the skybox, the borg cube, or the land structure. If I have to move those, the price goes way up.) Volume discounts for leases of 4 weeks or longer. The land level of this rental is protected linden beachfont next to a lighthouse. It has a nice place to do tai chi. In the air, a beautiful three level skybox with plenty of room to spend time with friends, a hot tub and a dance ball. Surrounded by beautiful scenery inside and a borg cube for privacy. Rental Box is on top of the borg cube. It is set up for the rental as is. The interior of the borg cube has some options that I can show you on request if you don't like the current image.

I have a nice plot of land and I do not wish to sell it however I rarely visit and would like to rent it out. If you have a service that does this for mainland owners please let me know. The more results I see you've already had the more likely I am to choose you to pull this off. FYI - my land is mainland bordering protected linden ocean next to a linden lighthouse. It is a beautiful set up. It has a nice elevator from the ground to the skybox and back. It has a three level skybox that I quite like. With proper exposure I'm sure it would rent quickly. I just want to minimize the financial loss that I incur keeping it around sentimentally because I like it so much. I would be happy to come up with a deal where as long as you keep it rented you keep a certian percentage of the rental. When not rented, ideally I would not be paying much at all. If you are just an added cost this makes no sense for me to do. I'd probably increase the amount we rent by to compensate for part of that. (I have it set up to rent now but I doubt that it is well listed so I've had no visitors to it so far.) It is currently set up as a partially furnished rental. If I have to remove my skybox and the meditation structure to get renters to like it I am going to be sad because it is a neat set up and it takes time to do and un-do.
