Hey Mink! My Little Pony avatars are adults unless they're using a foal mod or specifically say they're kids. Chibis, Dinkies, and Tinies are fine too. As for the Twi Puppy, the choice was made at the club to not allow any representations of a child regardless of species to be on the safe side (and this was way before the TOS change).
