Large Parcel seperated by a Large Lake from the adjoining Golf Course Prims are shared as there is also a Sky Golf Course but Prims allowance upto 1300 at the moment the parcel is split into 3 areas as far as landscaping, this can be changed by you or I can make any adjustments to suit, as long as it suits and blends in with the area. A Beach house is there at the moment, this can be used or returned You can boat and use the lake for fun, also Golf is Free also Free Sub Aqua gear and several boats can be made available, also a club house that can also be used to entertain friends. There are several Golf Courses in SL, I own Sea Islands that has 2 Courses The Ground Course is small and has Sea Veiws and also a Lake to play around.
