When I click on my profile or another resident's, I can't see it. I was using the Beta viewer, tried clearing cache but didn't work. So I deleted and reinstalled V2 instead but still having the same problem. Any ideas?

I am using Viewer 2, have also been using the Beta viewer and both are experiencing the same problems, so I'm wondering if it's my computer. But whenever I try to upload, my mac crashes straight away, I get the rainbow wheel and application not responding. This happens on and off, somedays it works others it doesn't. I have checked the VBO and it is turned off, and I am not uploading from iphoto or any source. I am uploading a png file from a regular file source. I have tried clearing cache and have also deleted SL and re-installed in the process but it's still not working. Any ideas?
