I was ban from a sim after this new sim owner took over I was paid up on my tier this new owner IMed me and said pay a week now or I will send your prims back. I was trying to talk to him and well he ejected me sent my stuff back and banned me from the sim and numours others he owns. Is there a way to get it lifted if he is refusing too? **To clarify, the tier WAS paid. He proceeded to display an utter lack of unprofessionalism, as well as a blatant disregard for his own staff whom of which I had already spoken to previously and had informed me of what needed to be done. He then proceeded to return objects and place a ban. And if he is so able to do so on a whim, what justifiably makes him permitted to be excluded from the TOS? There was no violation on my part, and technically speaking there was a high level of greifing done on his simply because he felt the ability and power to do so. He does not "own" said land, he is a nothing more than a tenant like myself. The ultimate ownership of said land belongs to LL.
