Is there a way to set an estate or parcel to allow any avatar to sethome there for use with public locations.??

i am wondering if anyone has found a method of truly cloaking their avatar prims and all. i know they make stealth armors and transparancies however all of these methods have flaws which render them useless script based cloaking relys on full mod prim items which are fairly rare. invisaprim cloaking and alpha layers only hide your avatar and not the prims they are wearing offset cloaking leaves your feet hanging throughthe cealing on the floor below you. so does anyone know how i can actually make my avatar completely invisable or better yet just make my client derender the whole thing

i have been having problems with the permission system wher upon rezing in world a modify no trans item will turn into a no copy item for no reason at all. this happens mostly with vehicles and is impossible to work with because once the customisation is complete the world will not let me take a copy to save the changes and if i take the origional i am no longer allowed to copy it. this is not only a flaw but an abuse of the permissions system which prevents me from utalizing the item rights i paid for when i purchased the item
