    a comprehensive backup ability is very very much needed. I just lost over 10k of items, and LL tells me they are not recoverable or restorable. Some of that was over 5 years of sculpting work, products, maps and textures. Count me in.

    Here is the response I received: "I've run an additional fix on your inventory, but unfortunately as I mentioned earlier, it does not appear that there is anything available to recover for you. If this does not restore the inventory, you will need to file a Bug Report for the developers to investigate further:" I was told to file a bug report, but the bug report specifically EXCLUDES inventory matters. Now what?

    he inventory item missing were from my inventory, not rezzed. And I have already followed the instructions from the help pages with no luck.

    SL has deleted over 10 THOUSAND items. How do I get it back. I have already gone to an empty sim, cleared cache, and relogged. No luck. Surely Linden Labs has a backup they can restore from. This includes over FIVE YEARS of sculpt work. I was told to file a bug report, but the bug report specifically EXCLUDES inventory matters. The inventory item missing were from my inventory, not rezzed. And I have already followed the instructions from the help pages with no luck.
