I started an inworld group for Bellisseria folks. Bellesseria Citizens is the name. I saw several groups already going for Bellisseria Firemen, Police, ect but none for just regular people. So I made one. Maybe we can use it to plan pool parties at the community pool, beach fun, ect. Also, Lindens, if you are reading this, we need some open rez areas for folks who are visiting to rez cars, airplanes, ect.

  2. The new Linden Homes continent is spectacular. A very well done job by the Lindens and Moles. No lag whatsoever and great diversity in homes and land and most important is the feeling of community is back and the area is vibrant and teaming with life just like the glory days of early Second Life.

Any member of the general public who is not familiar with SL and sees a video of this could not resist trying it out. This will attract many many new members without a doubt.

I was really lucky and got one.

Until further notice, I'm going to leave it open as a rez zone.

Rez your boat here. Reeds Landing. 20 minute autoreturn. Please don't make trouble. I'd like to keep this open.

My NPC security guard will say hello, then leave you alone.

I also have a bike rezzer out by the road, if you need wheels.

    Wonderfull Idea buddy

  4. The way the new homes are with roads etc I think over time to do away with old mainland and give rebirth to new mainlands of Linden Homes. I love mainland however this new system tops it all.

  5. What a great surprise to log in today to find the new Linden Homes. Got a great houseboat on my first try that is right on the outer docks by the open water. Explored and found everything was way better than I expected. The Lindens and moles did a fantastic job and got it perfect. Patch you are a God 😉

Also what I noticed was the immediate community atmosphere and the vibrant action everywhere. Neighbours saying hello and people sailing, walking and airplane flying everywhere just like it was 2007 again. If this does not attract more premium members than nothing will. Outstanding. The place was packed and NO LAG!!!!

  6. Obviously many people commenting here do not log on SL regularly or for long periods of time but people are crashing left and right sending you home and some log in to find there huds destroyed, AO's wiped out and their avatars messed up permanently and need to redo all their catwa heads and mesh bodies. Not few people but alot. Any travelling by foot or vehicle past a sim crossing and your frozen for long periods of time then crash. This WILL drive people away since it's been going on for a few weeks now.

Lindens know about this and attempting to fix but they are obviously stumped. Do not adjust your computers etc, it is not you it is SL.

  7. With all the disastrous  crashing and teleporting issues going on lately I bet this is holding up the release of the new Linden Homes and work being done. All the attention is being paid to this emergency. People's AO and huds are breaking even.

Why can't the mainland be cleaned up to be more appealing?  I'm not thrilled with my Linden home or the small parcel and would consider purchasing mainland if it wasn't such a mess.  I would also love to see LL buy out some of the amazingly created sims that have been lost due to the owners inability to continue to absorb the high land prices or because the owner is just no longer available to maintain it for whatever reason (death, illness, etc). An example of this might be Calas. I know both owners have experienced illness in recent years. The group of Calas sims are some of the nicest in SL and I would truly hate to see them gone. (I know, I've mixed two topics - sorry!!)

There are already beautiful areas on the mainland depending where you look. The mainlands are nothing like the old days.
