    I completely un-installed, then re-installed version 2.3. The icon isn't there. By the way, my dashboard doesn't load completely in Firefox, but it loads correctly in Internet Explorer....

    My IM window is floating all over my screen.  There is no down arrow to dock the window as stated in the release notes.
