Im interested in the features the new sl viewer has to offer,can i download an try it while keeping firestorm on my computer?

The guy sold me land,,he said he had everything set,,and after linden labs took payment for the land from me,,the guy was still able to steal the land back and bann me,now,,i still see im being charged for that land ,,What is up with this ?
