Why won't the new second life viewer let me log on? It simply stops at "Initializing VFS" or whatever and says that there is a problem with second life. I used to be able to log on all the time and I have spent money on SL before. Is there anyway I can just log on via the old second life viewer or is that it, I have to buy a new computer? I don't want to do that considering it's fine for everything else bar this. Please give me some feedback.

The exact message is (after the "detecting hardware, initializing VFS" etc where it stops) "second life has stopped working", it's from Microsoft windows not second life. It's annoying because it used to run perfectly fine.. I have a lot of stuff online. Any solutions?

So I haven't played SL in a long while now, I try to get back on via my old desktop icon and it tells me to download the new viewer. I do this, sure, it downloads and then it says that there is a problem and that I cannot get on (In so many words). What do I do? Am I downloading the right thing? Please help. Thanks.
