Shoeshine Razor

I have more then one avatar. If I log in with one of my avatars voice works as expected. If I log in with another avatar the talk button is grayed out.. Voice chat is enabled and clicking on the input/output button I get the "Please wait" message. As I said, voice works fine with a different avatar. And I got the same result on three different computers, using both the newest sl viewer and Pheonix. Any one have any idea how to fix this? I did post in the Pheonix foram but did not find an answer. I am thinking it must be an in world issue?
