It worked again, so I guess that was a temporary problem ! This is fixed now anyway.

Hello I have an alt account and lost the password to it. No big deal, I have access to its mail box, right? Well, no... the password reset emails never reach it, specificaly. Others mail from SL to the account are fine. I have my own domain and mail server, checked the SMTP logs, it doesn't reach the server so it's not a spam folder issue. Same things happens with other site like Patreon : receive their emails fine, can't receive their mail verification mails. etc. Google search yields a lot of similar results, people having to move from their domain to gmail for example. It smells a lot like a third party email verification provider or software that just goes "nah, that domain looks like bull*****, I'm not sending the reset password mail". In that case it would mean that SL has a big issue : how many customers forget their passwords and just give up when the password reset never arrives? Has anybody had a similar experience?
