Arwen, will it matter that I'm not using the Second Life Viewer, but rather using the latest version of Firestorm?

Thanks SO much, Arwen. I filed a customer support ticket, but of course its not their problem to handle. Why oh why did Linden Labs have to improve the Marketplace in this manner! Looks like I will be filing a bug report this afternoon...but I really don't expect much resolution. Now, my moment of Gripe. First they mess up search so sales in world plummet, and now they mess up the Marketplace so that marketplace sales can plummet...do they really just want us out of business??

Arwen, I'm having the same problem as Whale. I received an e-mail telling me I'd had a sale on the Marketplace, but I noticed my In-World Cash amount hadn't appeared to change, so I went to view my Transactions, and there was nothing there either. I'm ashamed to say I have no idea where to report a bug, so if you would be so kind to walk an old timer through it, I would be eternally grateful!

I'm using the latest version of Firestorm (4.4.0.33720) and I noticed that items I have checked to "Show in Search" aren't showing in search. I'm sure this is something everyone else became aware of about 3 months ago, but I'm just now noticing it. If you have noticed it, is there a fix? Any and all info will be appreciated....greatly.

I just logged in to the Marketplace to add an item, and found all my items AGAIN unavailable...is anyone else experiencing this? It happened once before and cleared itself up in about an hour, and if its a widespread problem, I can handle it, but if its just me, I better see that its fixed...in some way! Anyone having the same issues, or heard of anyone else having them? Desperate!
